CALL FOR PAPERS

Papers and posters abstracts should not exceed one A4 page. Please e-mail or post on diskette in PC Word (6/7/8/9x version or rtf) format to the organizing committee. An example for abstract preparation is given below. Authors who prefer an oral presentation should state this explicitly when submitting the abstract. About 50 contributions will be selected for oral presentations, the remaining contributions will be accepted as posters. All speakers will be notified by 15 April 2002. Invited/plenary speakers will be given 40 minutes including discussion and other contributions will be 20 minutes. Slide and overhead projectors will be provided. Additional demonstration accessories may be available on request. Posters board sizes will be available later on the WEB site.

Deadline for abstract submission for oral presentations is 1 April 2002, for posters – 1 May 2002. Reproduction of the abstract in the abstract booklet and presentation of the contribution requires that at least one author has registered and paid the registration fee before the deadline of 30 May 2002.

The abstract should be wriitten in English and formatted for A4 portrait paper with top, bottom, right and left margins of 3 cm. Text should be single-spaced, using Times New Roman 12 pt font. Reference numbers should be given in the text within square brackets [1] and listed at the end of the text after leaving one blank line.
