To obtain the official invitation from Russian Academy of Sciences to facilitate the visa granting procedure, participants are encouraged to fill in the Visa support form below and return it (by e-mail or ordinary mail) to the Organizing Committee.

Your personal information you provide us will be transmitted ONLY to the consular department of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and will NOT be used for any other purposes. The form should be filled in for each accompanying person separately (except for childrens under 16, if they are inscripted in parent's passport).
